RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (INSTRUCTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL)
Right of withdrawal for consumers from Germany
If the customer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot predominantly be attributed to his or her commercial or independent professional activity (consumer), the customer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g in conjunction with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
In the case of a contract for several goods that you have ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, the cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Meily GmbH, Hansestraße 6, 41352 Korschenbroich, Tel.: 004921614777547, Email: support@meily.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, telephone, fax or email). You can use the following sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You can also download the sample withdrawal form from our website at https://meily.de.de/formulare/widerruf/ in the form of a fillable PDF file, fill it out electronically and send it to us. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (eg by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. In the case of sales contracts in which we did not offer to collect the goods ourselves in the event of cancellation, we may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.

to return or hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. In the case of large appliances and goods that cannot be sent by parcel, please contact meily customer service at support@meily.de or by phone: 004921614777547 before returning the goods so that the return can be organized. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. This includes the transport costs, which you can find in our shipping costs table, even if the delivery was free. meily always endeavors to organize the most cost-effective return transport for the customer.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
If the customer is an entrepreneur, revocation is completely excluded.
Instructions for a smooth return process
Please send the item back to us properly packaged, if possible including all accessories in the original packaging. Using the original packaging is not a „must“, i.e. not a prerequisite for asserting your rights, but it simplifies and secures the processing for us.
The consumer has no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning:
- Goods that are delivered sealed and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery. In-ear headphones are considered hygiene products because, due to their design, they are worn in the ear and therefore come into contact with secretions from the ear wax glands. In-ear headphones whose seal has been opened cannot therefore be returned.
- Sound or video recordings or computer software supplied in a sealed package, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery.
Finally, the consumer has no right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a public auction.
